Should you choose to engage our collection agency to represent you or your company in any collection matter, we will forward you a claim authorization agreement allowing us to represent your interests in this collection matter and it will explain all terms and conditions of our representation.  

Before we can proceed with our representation in your collection matter, we must receive the claim authorization agreement form mentioned above and we may need additional paperwork or information necessary to effectuate your claim.
